What are your opening times?

Our opening times can be found on the 'Contact Us' page.

Occasionally we close or change our opening times, but always give good notice by posting on our social media channels.

The foundations of our business is built on providing a quality service with expert guidance.

Some hockey equipment can be a significant purchase for some and we want to ensure you get the most suitable items for you, and therefore we encourage you to come into store to take advantage of that service.

Sticks over £100 and Shoes over £70 are 10% off when shopping in store.

We have a Hockey Hub which consists of a large astro turf area and full size goal for you to take shots at and really get the feel of a stick or how your shoes or goalkeeping equipment feel.

Many times, customers are surprised by the sticks or shoes that they walk away with after trying. It's a very individual thing, and by offering 10% off to encourage you to come in, we're confident you'll leave delighted with your purchase for many games to come.

Club Shops

We have another provider that supplies our playing shirts. Can we work with you for other playing kit?

Absolutely. We can work with your team or club for as much or as little as you need. We're here to help.

Pop us a message in our chat function and start the conversation about your requirements.

Usually we need to know things like:

  • Do you have a logo, or do you need help with designing one?
  • What sort of garments would you like your team/club members to purchase from the club shop? (T-Shirts, Polo Shirts, Gilets, Hoodies, Jackets, Trousers, Skorts etc)
  • Do you have a deadline you're looking to meet?

Playing Shirts - What are the options?

Now that we're offering sublimated kit, the options are really only limited by your imagination, as complexity of design doesn't increase cost on sublimated shirt.

Be as crazy or conservative as is appropriate for your club culture!

Usually, sublimated shirts are the most cost effective option, but we so also offer embroidery and vinyl printing of garments too. If you're looking for a plain colour, and possibly a fast turn around (think tour/summer league/hen/stag shirts) this may be a better option.

When we're talking to you about new playing shirts (home and/or away), we'll talk to you about your preferences, but we provide designs for you to take a look at that are along the lines of what formed part of the discussion, as well as some more creative options which you may love, but haven't been able to articulate. This is all part of the process and service we provide.

You can take these options away to the committee, along with any other clothing options we've discussed for approval before we create you your club shop on the website, and you can ask your club members to start ordering.

My club/team doesn't have a club shop with you, but I'd like a garment customised with my club logo or printed with some wording. Can you help?

Of course - we've built our business on being helpful to the hockey community!

Logos for embroidery or printing come with a setup cost, which you can arrange through the website (New Logo Setup) However, once this is done, it's done, and we can then embroider or print any garments as long as you continue using the same logo. You just pay for the cost of the base garment we supply and embroidering or printing the logo.

We don't have a credit card and would like to pay an invoice by bank transfer. Is this possible?

Yes. We'll need to talk to you to find a little more about the school or business you're working with, but we have many loyal customers who work with us in this way.

We don't tend to offer this facility to individuals. However, everthing is situational, so start the conversation in our chat facility and we'll discuss the options.


Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take for my items to arrive?

We always aim to exceed the expectations we set!

Hockey playing equipment in stock can usually be ready for shipping fairly swiftly. However, if your order contains any clothing that requires personalisation, we suggest that you allow at least 5 working days before the entire order is dispatched for delivery.

Can I get my order early?

The quickest way to recieve your order is to come to our store to pick up the items.

Clothing that has personalisation can take up to 5 working days to be printed or embroidered. However, if you have a special event that means you need to fast track your order, please get in touch after you have placed your order and we'll do our best to accommodate your requirements. Our business has been built on delighting customers and we intend to continue doing just that!!

Where is my order?

Once you have placed your order, it can take up to 5 working days before it is dispatched with our delivery courier (usually DPD).

If you check the order details that you recieved by email confirming your order, you can click the link in the email to track the current progress.

Failing that, feel free to use the chat facility to ask us the status if it hasn't yet been dispatched. We'll need your order number to check for you and provide you with an update.

Where do you deliver to? Do you deliver Internationally?

We're keeping things 'simple' at the moment, so orders to locations within the UK mainland are the only locations we post to.

The costs for delivery outside of the UK mainland, we feel, are prohibitive to ordering. However, if you would like us to dispatch outside of mainland or overseas, please use the chat facility to discuss options and see if the costs associated are something you're willing to pay. We always want to help the #HockeyFamily if we can.
