Shipping policy

ORDER DAYS

We ship out orders Monday to Friday, we do not ship on a Saturday and Sunday, orders placed on a weekend will go out on the first available business day (Monday unless it is a Bank Holiday). We do not ship on UK Bank Holidays.

You will be notified when your order is on its way to you either via email or text depending on the information you have provided at checkout.

DELIVERY TIMES

  • If an item is in stock - 2-3 working days.
  • If an item is available to order but not in stock – 3-5 working days.
  • If an item is selected to be personalised – 7-10 working days.
  • For bulk orders – delivery time will be confirmed on date of order.

CUSTOMER DELIVERY INFORMATION

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 we, the retailer, are responsible for delivering goods to the address provided. You, the customer, are responsible for ensuring the delivery address is accurate when placing an order. If the customer provides the wrong, or incomplete, delivery address liability shifts to the customer. If this situation arises we, the seller, will attempt to rectify this issue, potentially requiring the customer to pay recovery & redelivery costs.

FREE SHIPPING

Free shipping is only on individual orders over £500 with any discounts currently offered on products, free shipping cannot be offered below this amount. This can change from time to time with offers and restrictions, but any changes will be displayed on the front end of our website and again at check-out.

LOCAL COLLECTION

We have an option when checking out that allows you to select an in-store 'pick up' collection. This method is free of charge and allows you to come to the shop to collect your order. Please note that if you have incorrectly or accidentally selected this method then you will be required to pay for the delivery of the order. This can be done by giving the shop a call on 01242 250185 to arrange payment. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently do not ship outside of the UK but we are investigating options to be able to do this, at a sensible rate, so check back to see if this changes. Please call if you have questions about this.

FINALLY

Please understand that we once we hand over your order to our couriers, we have no control on delivery times, weather delays and "acts of God" so we hope you understand that there are some issues out of our control.
